We offer a simple delivery service to the UK and some International locations for our handmade products.

For the UK we use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For - providing the product is in stock, we aim to wrap and dispatch your item within 3-5 working days to be with you within 5-8 working days. If the product is out of stock, please allow 10-28 days for us to make the item and dispatch. 

For International deliveries we will dispatch via a courier - please get in touch before purchasing if you require international delivery. Please note customers are responsible for any customs and import charges that may apply.



If you have received your order and decide to return it for whatever reason, please contact with us within 7 days of receiving your item and return the item within 30 days, where we can work towards a refund or exchange if suitable. Please note we can only accept returns and process refunds if the item is delivered back to us in a resalable condition, however we cannot accept returns on commissions or custom colours. 

Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returning the items to us and cannot refund the initial delivery costs. Customers must cover costs of shipping the item back to us in a resalable condition and we advise to ask for proof of posting when returning items to us for your records. 

We will process any refunds due within 30 days of receiving items back in good condition and will aim to make refunds using the same method you did to purchase.
